Come join Kristin Day, Laura Chambless, Jennifer Evans, and Kathy Tricomo in a fun filled evening learning about how STEM lessons can be coupled with read-alouds.  All participants will receive their own grade band (K-2) Picture Perfect STEM book. The Picture Perfect STEM book contains 15 step-by-step STEM lessons that are each created around two trade books. Teachers will walk away with the Picture Perfect STEM K-2 eBook and four trade books that coincide with the two lessons that will be highlighted during the session.  The session will focus on how science, engineering and read-alouds work together.  Each lesson in the Picture Perfect STEM book takes about 4 days to complete in a classroom with little prep time and uses common materials.
