Enrollment staff will receive a brief overview of support the Help Me Grow Program can provide programs related to recruitment and enrollment.

Staff will learn how to review applications, determine eligibility based on age, income and risk factors.  Staff will learn how to verify income, calculate family size, and calculate the Federal Poverty Level using the FPL calculator. A review of special circumstances and program eligibility factors will be covered as well. Staff will receive training on how to communicate with families, prioritize families by quintile, and learn about the child file review process.
