Homeschool students currently in 6th-9th grades will learn about the fascinating world of vernal pools and the critters that inhabit them. Two days of attendance are required for this class! Students will participate in a combination of indoor learning and outdoor field studies at our forest wetland areas, which we will survey to see if it meets the
requirements to be considered a vernal pool. Students should dress for the weather, bring tall rain boots or waders and extra clothes (in case they get wet)! This program is designed for the students enrolled and parents do not stay. Register early as this class is limited to the first 12 students that sign up.
