District Continuous Improvement Teams are invited to attend four in-person workshops at St. Clair County RESA to engage in the cycle of continuous improvement, with focus on the following:
 
**Mindset, Process, and Platform updates and support
**Data assistance
**Focused team collaboration time
**Collegial networking and sharing opportunities



Sessions will kick off with updates and current guidance, followed by team collaboration time. Bring your team, laptops, and relevant documents. RESA will assist with accessing data and assessment tools as needed. Sessions will be facilitated by Sarah Neal, the Director of Education Services, Rachel Verschaeve, the Supervisor of Innovation & Design Thinking, and Kristin Day, Supervisor of Education Technology. Registration of each team member is required. Lunch will be provided.
