This two-day book study is designed to ensure that teachers have a clear understanding of a comprehensive approach to high-quality, small group instruction. Participants will dive into WHY small group instruction can help your students thrive. In addition, participants will learn HOW to use Sharon Walpole’s resource, How To Plan Differentiated Instruction K-3, with their current reading curriculum. Both days will focus on how to use the DRI resource, practice, assemble and review materials, and plan time to implement in your classroom. At the end of the two days, participants will be ready to go back and begin implementing high-quality small group reading instruction with optional continued support from RESA.
