The CDA Cohort Series is a professional development series designed to support early childhood educators in pursuing the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. This series provides a collaborative learning environment where participants gain an overview of what the CDA is, receive support for finding training hours, receive guided information on pursuing the Teaching Strategies pathway, and learn how to create a professional portfolio.  Participants will also be guided through applying for their CDA as well as the T.E.A.C.H scholarship.

Through a combination of interactive workshops, guided portfolio development, and peer collaboration, participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the requirements for CDA assessment. The cohort model fosters peer support, accountability, and mentorship, creating a community of practice that empowers educators to grow professionally and provide high-quality care to young children.
